How To Start The Carnival Of Doom Quest In Once-Human?
Located at the southernmost point of the map, inside the Junkyard POI, is the Carnival of Doom. Before you enter, be ready for a gunfight because Rosetta soldiers are in this area. Before you enter the level 19 zone, think about upgrading your weapons to Once Human because the Carnival of Doom quest is level 10.
