Expected Hades 2 Price

The full release of Hades 2 will not be cheap; early access is currently available for $29.99 on Steam and the Epic Games store. One point of reference that can be used is the price set during the Hades launch. When Hades first became available for early access on the Epic Games Store in December 2018, it cost $19.99. When it was made available on Steam as early access in December 2019, the price remained unchanged.

The price increased to $24.99 after the game’s full release in September 2020, marking the transition from early access to full release. The difference between the two was $5. This means that the Hades 2 should cost around $34.99, but inflation may cause it to cost even more. All of this is conjecture, and as more information becomes available, we’ll keep you informed.

Expected Hades 2 Platforms

Like its predecessor, Hades 2 is only accessible through PC for early access at this time. However, when it launches fully, it will also be available on current-generation consoles. History suggests that the release dates for the various Hades 2 platforms might differ, though.

Hades, for instance, debuted on September 17, 2020, on PC and Nintendo Switch, and on August 13, 2021, on Xbox and PlayStation platforms. Predicted on the success of Hades, we may anticipate that Hades 2 will debut first on PC and Nintendo Switch, followed by an 11-month delay for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. This is still pending confirmation.

Hades 2 Chaos

Fans of the original Hades game will recognize Chaos as the Primordial Originator, an epic God. In Hades 2 Chaos was given a facelift. He is now depicted with long, flowing hair pulled back into a ponytail, a respectable suit, and everyone’s favorite accessory—a severed head with a fetus sticking out of its mouth—in their hand.

Chaos still fulfills the same purpose in Hades 2 even though their appearance has changed from the first game. A Chaos Gate, which can occasionally be found throughout Olympus and the Underworld, is the source of chaos. Entering the gate requires HP, and the Boons Chaos is offering down there have a similar restriction. Every boon Chaos provides has a catch, meaning that to reap the benefits, you have to endure some sort of disadvantage first.

While it may be safer to stay away from Chaos gates to preserve your HP and any other bad effects their Boon may have, Chaos can help you out by giving you some items that you need to advance in the game, and some of the Boons are pretty strong, so it’s still worth stopping by now and then.
