Pokemon Alpha Sapphire Standard Edition – Nintendo 3DS

The games, which were first revealed in May 2014, were released on November 21, 2014, precisely twelve years after Ruby and Sapphire’s initial release date in Japan, North America, and Australia. The European release took place the following week.

Gameplay
Despite being third-generation remakes, Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire keep elements from later generations, like the type split from the fourth generation and the unlimited TM usage and triple battles from the fifth.
They also keep the Player Search System, Mega Evolution, Pokémon Amie, Super Training, and other gameplay elements that were first included in Pokémon X and Y. “Primal Reversion” is a special mechanic that the games introduced for Kyogre and Groudon. It is similar to the more general Mega Evolution feature. Additionally, the games allow players to “soar” above Hoenn by riding Latios or Latias; certain in-game areas are only accessible through this feature.
Release Date
On November 21, 2014, precisely twelve years after Ruby and Sapphire’s original release date, Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire were made available in Japan, North America, and Australia. The European release of the games took place the following week.
After Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver for the Nintendo DS in 2009 and Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen for the Game Boy Advance in 2004, they are the third pair of remakes in the series. Similar to Pokémon X and Y, all official translations are included in the games, which is different from previous generations where the games only had certain languages depending on the country or region in which they were first released.
New features
Pokémon Omega Ruby & Pokémon Alpha Sapphire are exclusive to the 3DS system, just like their predecessors X & Y, and utilize stereoscopic 3D in some overworld locations and battles. The 3D effect is not used in most of the overworld or in double, triple, or horde battles.
The player can still move diagonally, but they cannot use the rollerskates, so they can go off-grid. Additionally, the player can walk more slowly by slightly shifting the Circle Pad. This is related to a new sneaking mechanic in which players can find Pokémon by carefully creeping toward rustling grass.
Secret Bases
Search the Hoenn area for the ideal location to establish your own Secret Base. Put some effort into creating a room that is uniquely yours. Additionally, you’ll be able to quickly establish connections with other players worldwide to share your Secret Bases by utilizing the communication features.
You can engage in capture-the-flag games or fight other players at their Secret Bases. See a lot of Secret Bases and gather a lot of flags to raise your team’s ranking and earn incentives.
Fly with Latios and Latias
Anticipate meeting the Eon Pokémon Latias and Latios. Latios and you can form a team in Pokémon Omega Ruby, while Latias joins you in Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. You will be able to soar through the skies on the backs of these legendary Pokémon at some point during your journey.
Take in the expansive Hoenn region as you soar wherever you please. Mirage spots are extremely unique locations that are among the places you can travel to by plane. You might find rare Pokémon and legendary Pokémon in Mirage Spots that aren’t found anywhere else in the area, along with other valuable items.
PokéNav Plus
On your journey, the PokéNav Plus is your greatest ally. It’s a useful tool that will guide you through your Pokémon Trainer journey. The PokéNav Plus will always be visible on your Nintendo 3DS system’s lower screen, save from special events and battles. With touch input, you can quickly switch between its four primary functions and start playing right away.
